Return Policy

At Ann Aroma, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. Our return policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at tpannaroma@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Receive Approval: We will review your return request and, upon approval, will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Send Product Back: Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund Processed: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship worldwide. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly based on location, service chosen, and customs delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Ann Aroma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Ann Aroma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
